Radiant Heart Qigong
For vibrant heart health
A Qigong set of eight moves designed to open and release stagnant energy in the heart as well as reduce stress levels.
To learn the moves, there is a 3-minute long video for each move. These will go through the physical movements and energetics in detail. A few variations will be shown. It is important for you to choose the variation that suits you at this time. If some of the variations are too difficult for you at this moment, you can leave it till later.
Once you are comfortable with the moves, you can use the 20-minute practice video to guide you through a practice. When doing the Radiant Heart Qigong on your own, we recommend to do at least nine repetitions of each move. Increase the number of repetitions according to how you feel.
