Qigong Alignments is a training designed to give you the basics of qigong. An excellent starting point for beginners it also has plenty of in-depth material for those who already have an existing qigong or tai chi practice. By the end of the course you will have learned how to create the right physical and energetic conditions for your body to continue its journey towards optimum health.

Best practice:

Each topic contains enough information for you to have hours of practice in your own time, so ideally it's best to study and practice the exercises of each topic for at least a week before moving on to the next one.

The final 20 minute practice video is a guided session for you to go through everything we learned and improve on it on a daily basis. We recommend doing this daily for 30 days to begin with, then revisiting the practice whenever you can.
